The Event: Transforming Healthcare with Technology, April 22 & 23, 2011, Hyderabad International Convention Centre

The Objective: The idea was to bring all the players of the healthcare eco-system onto a global platform to participate, propagate and promote the various technology-driven transformational approaches, solutions and their benefits to the grassroots, administrators, providers, and research community etc. to find the ways to achieve the goal of equitable, sustainable, quality healthcare system.

The Audience: A gathering of 1500 people comprising of Doctors, Professionals from IT Industry, International speakers, CEOs and MDs of Multinational Companies.

The Rachnoutsav Idea: A 40 feet x 16 feet seamless visual space with three projectors that allowed the huge audience to experience the event seamlessly. The 3-way input of Video, Live and PC sources along with table conferencing systems and web casting gave the event a technological edge, thereby walking the talk of the core theme of using technology to transform experience.

The Result: Accolades to the client on an international scale for spearheading the conference and recognition for Rachnoutsav for handling the event of such a magnitude without any glitches.
